Positioned behind a removable front cover is a slow speed power outlet that provides the perfect balance of slow speed and high torque needed to drive specialised attachments, essential for preparation tasks like grinding minced meat, sausage-making, pasta rolling and cutting.

Prepare a huge variety of dishes from homemade burgers to meat pies, sausages, kebbes, pâtés, terrines, and pasta dishes. Three screens included for fine, medium and coarse grinding of meats, as well as nuts and vegetables.

With easy to adjust, variable settings, roll out the pasta dough to one of nine thicknesses and then select from a range of pasta cutters to create different types of flat pasta.

Perfect for slicing and shredding vegetables and salad ingredients. The slow rotary action of the fine and coarse shredding, fine and coarse slicing and rasping drums makes it suitable also for shredding cheese and chocolate; there is less friction and heat produced, so the ingredients do not soften during shredding.

Simply feed the freshly rolled pasta dough into one of four pasta cutters to achieve perfectly cut pasta strips. Choose between tagliatelle, tagliolini, trenette and spaghetti.

Create fresh healthy juices and delicious purées / coulis from strawberries, oranges, grapes and apples with the fruit press. Easy to use, its slow rotating motion crushes the fruit to release the juice.

Extrudes pasta dough through a bronze die to create different shapes of pasta. Twelve different dies are available including bigoli, casarecce, linguine and fusilli, as well as a biscuit maker die.
