    while I authored Working Instructions and Policy/Procedures documentation for the system.

    Developed, created and administered small business database for a customer contact callcenter.

    Designed, developed, authored the Working Instructions, and Policy and Procedure

    documentation for the company to document all database administration procedures.

    Design, monitor, query, report and enhance information within Access Database for new,

    acquired data, historical data as well as create MS Excel report devices within thedatabase for various departments, customer records, and agent reports.

    Contract position - Data Analyst

    IT Programmer Analyst responsible for multiple information technology subsystem

    conceptualization, design, planning, implementation, and maintenance, and for user and

    computer operations personnel training. Work included conceiving, designing, and maintainingdatabases and telecommunications integrated with other systems; translating specifications into

    computer language; testing results; designing or assisting in the design of file structures.

    Develop and create SAS programs to run analytical data requirements for Member

    Services Department while programming directories and Ad-hoc reports.

    Edit previous SAS scripts to complete or repair coding from previous employee

    programming errors.
