Responsible for the user experience of five separate internal and external business unit websites including, Networking, Servers, Storage, Converged Infrastructure and Alliances. Migrated thousands of pages from old servers to new and into content management systems. Successfully updated multiple sites in support of new brand guidelines. Other accomplishments include: Orchestrating bi-annual Partner Advisory board, which has the HPE CEO as a member as well as senior executives from partner companies, such as HP, Microsoft, SAP, Deloitte, Accenture and VMware to name a few. SureWest Communications, Roseville, CA 8/04- 12/06 Senior Web Manager. Designed, developed and branded all SureWest websites. Managed the web design team. Developed a 5 year, $3 million web budget. Created electronic marketing campaigns, such as banner ads, email marketing and interactive flash tutorials. Designed internal/external web applications which brought in well over $5 million in 2005-2006, reduced calls to the call center by 25% and increased customer satisfaction by creating an email response system which ensured all customers received a response to support inquiries within 24-hours.
