Robust Housing ~ ()JlTIMU§ busway trunking systems are high heat dissipation, extremely low impedance ground path and totally enclosed (sandwich type) in the steel or aluminum housing. Any orientation of the system under severe site conditions will not affect the performance of the busduct. ()()TIMU§ busway trunking system has been successfully tested of 7.0 earthquake strength on three axis simulations oftheAC156, IBC2006 andASCE7-05 standard.

A. The aluminum alloy or aluminum extrusion housing (referred to as AE type) is corrosion resistant,

providing high heat dissipation and low impedance, with 100% grounding capacity. The powder

coated aluminum alloy or aluminum extrusion housing has been tested to with stand the salt spray test.

B. The powder coated cold rolled steel or electro-galvanised steel (referred to as CS type) is corrosion resistant, providing maximum mechanical strength against electro-magnetic stresses during short­circuit.

A. Normal busway uses the whole wrap in Mylar film of the Class B (130 OC) or Class F (155 OC), providing

insulation and dielectric strength of up to 15 kV/mm. The busway of riser configuration has been successfully tested for prevent flame propagation of IEC 60332-3: 1992, and fire barrier in building penetration of preventing

ISO 834. B. Fire rated busway uses the whole wrap in Mica and Mylar film of insulating material, and has been successfully

tested for 840 OC 30 minutes of fire proof resistance of JIS C8364, JIS A1304, CNS 14286, and CNS 12514.

f. All busducts are tested at 2.5 kV /3.75 kV /5 kV /6.5 kV for 1 minute and ~2000M0underfactorytesting condition.

Block Joint System (Bridge Type) ~ f)JJTIMUi busway uses bridge type joint which is easy to install/ remove, providing outstanding features as follows:

A. The design of the joint assembly cone-shaped insulation plate design increases mechanical strength while its molded joint side plate ensures cover not to deform.

B. The steel large size of Belleville washers ensures average pressure of contact.

f. Use common 16 mm socket wrench to tighten the torque bolt. (When indication disc falls off, the joint is properly tightened automatically). *Use a standard torque which is 70 Nm when the joint bolts reinstall.

D. Per joint allows thermal expansion of 5 mm, and allows 10 mm field adjustable isolation for job site flexibility during installation, allowing the tilt angle of± 5, and allows more than 40 mm area length of overlapping.

E. Bolts and nuts can be stainless steel, galvanized or chromed black high tensile steel.

F. The earth effect of the cable characteristic is more than 150 mm2 electric.

Technical Consultant Technical consultant service including detailed by customers' busbar type choice. To provide the most satisfied product is our service guideline!

Technical Clarification Before the final agreement is achieved, a detailed technical description of the chased product will be done to make the feature and technical parameter more ckear.

Training Service We offer you busway technical training to know its features and advantages. We also offer you installation training to grasp its installation methods. Meanwhile, we allow your operation and maintence person to inspect to grasp operating maintence rules and emergency fault handling methods.

Production Supervise After the final agreement has been achieved.customers can supervise and test fhe ordered product. Once the production comes to an end, customers will be informed to inspect products at workshop.

Service on site During the installation,technical engineers will be sent to conduct installation instruction on the project site and also commission after electrifed.

Product Maintenance Perfect repair service is available by sending experienced engineers when requested.

Complaint Response Any complains about our products and service from customer are supposed to be responsed within 2 hours.
