Native Texan Kelly Williams has been a proud Houston resident
for more than 25 years. In that time, he’s lived both inside and just
outside Loop-610 and gained an appreciation for the characteristics
that make neighborhoods in each area distinct. Kelly hails from
a real estate and construction industries family and his choice of
a real estate career was a natural for him. A licensed real estate
professional and Realtor® since 2000, and Broker since 2012, Kelly’s
constant goal is to build and maintain long-lasting relationships by
providing seamless service and his enviable network of loyal clients
reward him with referrals to their families and friends.
Kelly’s personality, energy, communication skills, and attention to
detail keep his services in demand. He works with clients at many
different stages of their lives – first time home-buyers, expanding
families and empty nesters. “I provide my clients with accurate
and complete facts in order to ensure that they make informed
decisions,” says Kelly. "I am very hands-on throughout the entire
transaction and stay in touch – and I'm available – after closing. I
make clients for life.”
Kelly was born in Wichita Falls and graduated from Midwestern
State University with a degree in finance. He is very involved with
the Houston philanthropic community and the organizations he
supports include AIDS Foundation Houston, Bayou City Performing
Arts, Bering Omega Community Services, Center for AIDS, Imperial
Court of Houston, Lazarus House, The Osito Foundation, Pet Patrol,
and PFLAG.
When not working, Kelly is in “constant search of beaches” and
enjoys traveling, cooking, boating, and the company of family and
friends. He is the proud uncle of his two nieces who attend Pershing
Middle School and Bellaire High School and, says Kelly, “They keep
my hands full!”
