TOUR UNDERTAKING FORM

Final Year (8th Semester Civil Engineering hereby agree to join the tour to North

India along with my faculty members and fellow students from ___________________

to ________________________

I will hereby adhere to rules and regulations specified as under

1. I will stay with my group and under all circumstances

2. I will listen and follow instructions given by the staff in charge

3. I will not take bath in stream or open river or any other form of water body even

if I know swimming.

4. I will not indulge in consuming alcoholics; smoking and I will not force others to

do so.

5. I will not create public nuisance by disturbing others in any form and I

understand that I may be punished by legal entities and in such case I

understand that my institution and staff members accompanying tour will not be

held responsible.

6. I will not undergo any acrobatics and stunts while visiting the places covered in

the tour.

7. I assure my parents will have full knowledge of my location during the tour and I

will communicate to them from time to time on my own means.

8. I will not indulge in eve/Adam teasing and I am understood such act is

punishable by law

9. I will board the train and other means of transport at my departure point and all

other locations during tour and at any circumstances will not delay and make

others to suffer.

10.I assure you that I am not suffering from asthmatic conditions and heart diseases

and assure that I am truly fit for undergoing the tour without any difficulty.

11.I will pay the requisite fees in full before two days of commencement of tour

/camp.

12.In the event of withdrawal I will pay the full amount that is incurred towards the

cost of the tour.

13.From time to time I will listen and obey the instructions given by the staff

coordinators

14.I will remain only in the room during the night (6.00pm to 6.00am). I will undergo

full rest and will not disturb the neighbours.

15.I will complete the task given as survey camp exercise viz., calculations,

preparations of diagrams and charts and submit the same in the next day.

16. I will utilise the time given to me during the camp and will not chat during the

camp exercise.
