Katherine Frank Creative, Inc. is a creative design agency that has been specializing in trade show exhibits and graphic design for over 20 years. As a full-service design and exhibit house, we provide a turnkey solution for all of our services including but not limited to:

• Exhibit build and fabrication• Installation and dismantle• Storage and warehousing• Signage and graphics

Our company is located in Downers Grove, Illinois (approximately 20 miles West of Chicago).

All of our work moves through every channel of the business before it leaves our office, so it is vital to our company that each department displays leadership qualities. We abide by the old rule, “There is no I in team,” as we all depend so greatly on each other to ensure that we are producing the best quality products. We are all leaders of our specialty so it is expected that all members of our team demonstrate management traits when working with our clients, as they should feel confident in us no matter which sector of the company they’re working with.

Our traditional “crawl-walk-run approach” allows us to address projects in an organized and detailed manner. We continue to prosper as we look ahead to the future and devise plans to evolve the company and keep up with current trends in the industry. It is our goal to always be initiating forward progress, and we are seeing that through with a few recent company modifications. We newly expanded our sales team and opened up a California office location which gives us the ability to interact with our long list of west coast clients on a more regular basis.

We are not only expanding across the country, but we also are broadening our scope by building relationships with clients in a wide variety of industries. Though we design and build trade show exhibits, we do not brand ourselves as an exhibit house, as our services extend far beyond that classification. Weare a Family-owned business so we place strong emphasis on building relationships with our clients as much as we do on building your vision. Over the years, we have grown from an entrepreneurial start-up to a well-respected agency and we attribute our success to our ability to adapt and change along with things like the digital landscape and current social trends. We started out designing small pieces of signage for the Merchandise Mart where we are now considered a preferred vendor. We began by building a name for ourselves in our hometown of Chicago and now build and design booths for clients overseas. These achievements have given us the knowledge and versatility to work with any size manufacturer or distributor.

Our president, Kathy Cacciato, is a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). Our CEO, Frank Cacciato has held a position on the American Association of Cosmetology Schools (AACS) Board of Directors for four years now and our team is honored that his passion for education and years of hard work have been recognized. Frank is also an advocate for the cancer research organization, City of Hope. By participating in the 2013-2014 campaign initiated by P&G Professional, “Hope is in Style,” Frank was able to raise awareness of the organization’s mission. Katherine Frank Creative is also an active supporter of the Ray Graham organization in order to empower people with special needs and disabilities.

MODULAR EXHIBITS

Modular trade show displays are comprised of versatile prefabricated booth components that can be adapted for use in different settings and applications. This allows a single exhibit to be utilized in any environment by modifying the exhibit’s components to suit different-sized areas or configurations.

Exhibits can be increased in size by adding onto an existing exhibit with additional modular components to create a larger one or a portion of a larger exhibit can be effectively used even when a smaller scale display is appropriate.

Trade shows and events often offer varying booth sizes and parameters. By investing in a modular inline exhibit, your business will be well-equipped to display at any event, no matter the size or configuration, without having to make an investment in a new custom display. We work with you and your event planners to produce the best show in the most cost effective ways. Relationships with site management, audio visual teams and general contractors allow us to plan your event with ease. In addition, we work with the exhibitors and attendees to coordinate floor plan solutions, event schedules, and the food and beverage orders, thus taking care of all your show needs under one roof. For the past six years, we have co-managed the three AACS (American Association of Cosmetology Schools) shows a year, working in conjunction with the organization to assist with the following:

Our lead supervisors have widespread knowledge in managing labor for installation and dismantle on the show floor. Supervisors stay with your project throughout the event, guiding on-site labor and working with sub-contractors as necessary to guarantee a successful exhibiting experience. Our supervisors are consistently assigned to the same customers to offer the best, most personalized service.

Your dedicated account executive will assist you from beginning to end of the event. When show time rolls around, consider them your go to person to oversee all aspects of the install, dismantle, arrival of crates, and coordination with our labor team and all other show service personnel to ensure everything runs smoothly during the course of the event.

With a combined office and climate-controlled warehouse space of over 25,000 feet, we are well-equipped to house your exhibit and all components so your booth will be kept safe until it’s time to make its next appearance on show site. We provide transportation of your exhibit materials to the facility and back here after the event – At that time, we will inspect all parts and pieces for damage and alert you if any repairs are necessary before the next show.
