You have in your hands the Branaldi catalogue. The aim of this catalogue is to provide an overview of the activities of the company and to present, in a clear and concise manner, our activities dedicated to you, our clients and partners. Over the past 14 years of its existence, Branaldi has experienced major development: a former producer of POS and POP materials made of paper and cardboard - we are now able to off er a wide portfolio of services.

We not only off er DTP studio services, but an entire marketing and production process – we can off er complex creative solutions concerning your presentation at the point of sale (POS), our engineers designers can design the most suitable POS materials for you (we not only use paper and cardboard, but also metal, plastics, wood, and their combinations). We will produce your promotional items using the relevant technology; and we have all the necessary fi nishing technologies available. Our services include co–packing: we can deliver the goods to the point of destination and install and arrange the stands, displays and other items at the POS (merchandising). We are simply able to carry out the entire process! In addition, we have a team of professionals who draw their knowledge and experience from everyday production and market-related activities. As a result, we can propose non-standard, variable solutions that allow for more interesting and unique presentations and - last, but not least – lower logistics costs.

We have a team of professionals with experience in each activity we off er(sales, engineering, DTP studio, creative design, production, and logistics).In addition, we have implemented a continuous improvement and knowledge extension program in each industry, which is supportedby a regular upgrade of the means and technologies we use.

What do we off er?The work of technical and creative designers. All we need is your order, your idea, and you will receive our proposed solution in no time! We can prepare several op-tional proposals and present them in such a way that you to will get a clear picture of the solution (3D visualisation, placing proposal at POS).Afterwards, we will prepare the fi nal graphic output and prepare the project for production (DTP studio). Tests, e.g. load or logistics tests, may constitute aninseparable part of the project.Subsequently, we will produce the ordered items (see page → 8 for our technologies). Low-volume or large orders, our production includes all your area of interest (language versions). We can provide storage facilities for the fi nal items (to be delivered in steps), fi ll produced displays with your products (co-packing), and deliver them to the place of destination (logistics, transport).Do you need a complex solution? A solution that will include other advertising and marketing areas (communication, creative, media, PR strategy), i.e. a mosaic of ATL and BTL activities? In that case, we offer the services of our advertising agency, Branaldi Partners (see page →6).

Non-traditional solutions instead of standard procedures - that is the key motto of our R&D department. Our team has experience with client negotiations and client needs. We also have a good understanding of your requirements with respect to POS/POP materials, technologies, logistics and technical parameters. We do not lack creativity and excitement. With a little exaggeration, we may say that we have the entire process at our fi ngertips.

Our team searches for topics that are considered important from our perspective and from the perspective of our customers. These include e.g. the easiest logistics operations concerning displays, mainly assembly and handling of displays, as well as handling displays at POS. Our deve-lopment department devotes a maximum amount of eff ort to produce to non-standard solutions for our clients, particularly non-standard tech-nical design and non-standard materials (e.g. paper, cardboard, metal, plastics, and wood, both separately and in combination). Many solutions developed by our development workshop are patented (page → 36).

The company Branaldi Partners off ers a complete portfolio of advertising and marketing services. The company is a ensures complementaryprogram to Branaldi products. The fi rm was established asa response to our clients’ needs and requirements.

The team of internal and external staff implements projects for the Branaldi brand. Their complex activities comprise of the preparation of sales support materials – the Branaldi Time internal magazine, product sheets (samples of non-standard solutions), Branaldi brand communication (preparation and ensuring of exhibitions, communication with media) and organisation of patent proceedings. Other activities of the company include the participation in Branaldi client projects – preparation of communication strategy (tactics, creativity), off er of services at POS (display arrangement, purchase behaviour, mystery shopping), testing (focus group, communication message, design, packaging material, price sensitivity), description of and communication with target groups (MML, communication channels).We always present customised solutions that are based on our knowledge of the client’s needs and of the market, all supported by our and our suppliers’ experience. new production plant in ChrastavaThe history of Chrastava has been long and rich. The fi rst reference to its existence dates back to 1352. Originally, the place was known for metal mining – e.g. copper, tin, lead, silver, iron, etc. Everything changed at the end of the 1980s and the beginning of the 1990s – Chrastava became a proper town.The partial and continuing transfer of our activities to Chrastava has been happening for several reasons. The current production, warehousing, and handling facilities are no longer suffi cient. Permanent demand to increase quality and speed, change and improve our “fl eet,” and off er new services all force us to further develop.The acquisition of manufacturing facilities in Chrastava will allow for further development that will have a direct impact on our production. We will be able to expand our off er of technologies (we are considering the commencement of our own input material production) and, in combination with a new information system, we will increase production capacity, reduce production times, and improve the quality of output.Another important reason is the strategic location of Chrastava. This will allow for cost-eff ective logistics and expansion of auxiliary services – storage and co-packing (HACCP standard).Last but not least, we attempt to maintain cultural heritage. The building is the former Fiegel & Widrich dye and fi nish factory in Andělská street built between 1904 and 1907. The building consists of identical six-aisle halls. A smaller building also sits on this piece of land, built in the same Dutch art-nouveau style by Gustav Sachars Sohne. Until 1970s, it was a Breitfeld-Daněk power plant using the power from the Lusatian Neisse river.
