Poljoprivredno poduzee Orahovica jedno je od najveih hrvatskih proizvoaa

poljoprivrednih i prehrambenih proizvoda. Od 1963. godine kada je tvrtka osnovana

do danas specijalizirala se u proizvodnji ratarskih kultura, uzgoju vinove loze, lijeske

i ribe. Ribnjaarstvo je jedno od znaajnijih podruja u proizvodnji, a na skoro

4.500 hektara ribnjaka uzgaja se slatkovodna konzumna riba i riblja mla.

Agricultural Company Orahovica is one of the largest Croatian manufacturers of

agricultural and food products. Since 1963, when the company was founded, until

now we have specialized in grapevine and hazelnut growing and aquaculture. Fish

farming is one of the most important production areas, and farm ponds spreading

on almost 4.500 hectares, freshwater consumable fish and fish progeny is raised.

River in the north and the slopes of Papuk and Krndija

Ribnjaci PP Orahovice opremljeni su najmodernijom

tehnologijom za uzgoj slatkovodne ribe. U vlastitom

mrjestilitu za uzgoj slatkovodnih vrsta riba uzgaja se

aran, tolstolobik, amur, som, tuka, smu, crvenperka,

deverika, linjak...

Riba se hrani visokokvalitetnom ekstrudiranom hranom

to znaajno utjee na kvalitetu mesa kroz vei udio

esencijalnih masnih kiselina te Omega-3 masne kiseline.

U odnosu na klasian uzgoj meso ribe sadri manje

masnoe.

The farm ponds of the Agricultural Company Orahovica

use the latest technology for freshwater fish farming.

Carp, silver carp, grass carp, catfish, northern pike,

zander, rudd, bream, tench are raised in the companys

own hatchery for freshwater fish farming.

The fish are fed with high quality extruded foods, which

affects the quality of fish meat significantly through a

large portion of essential fatty acids and Omega-3 fatty

acids. Compared to classical fish farming, these fish

contain fewer fats.

Although most of the production consists of carp, Agricultural

Company Orahovica is also focusing on other fish species

such as grass carp, silver carp, catfish, zander and northern

pike, bream and others, and other new species are also being

introduced.

fish deliveries during the entire year, not only during

Zdravlje iz riba Riblje bjelanevine su lake probavljive te se time i bolje

iskoritavaju u organizmu.

Meso ribe je bogatije vitaminima od crvenog mesa,

posebice vitaminima A, D, E i B

Riba ima mnogo vei udio esencijalnih masnih

kiselina nego ostale vrste mesa. Sadri Omega-3

masne kiseline koje blagotvorno utjeu na sniavanje

kolesterola te imaju pozitivan uinak na krvoilje i srce

titei ih od bolesti. Riba takoer pozitivno utjee na

ivani sustav i rad metabolizma zbog toga to sadri

dokozaheksaensku kiselinu (DHA) koja ublaava stres.

Uz to riba je bogata fluorom, fosforom i eljezom.

used by the organism. Fish meat contains more vitamins

than red meat, especially vitamins A, D, E and B.

Fish contains a larger portion of essential fatty acids than

other types of meat. It contains Omega-3 fatty acids,

which have a beneficial effect in lowering cholesterol

and have a positive effect on the circulatory system and

the heart by preventing diseases. Fish also positively

affects the nervous system and the metabolism because

it contains docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which reduces

stress. Fish is also rich with fluorine, phosphorus

and iron.
