Manager Project Manager: Card Delivery (2011- 2013)Responsible for managing projects that span across multiple IT platforms in support of US Card infrastructure. Recovered Acquisitions Library Transformation (ALT) project schedule as the 3rd Integrated PM.

Through the creation of a detailed integrated schedule, identified cross platform dependencies which provided leadership visibility into a realistic project delivery date.

Led key Legal Day 1 (LD1) HSBC Privacy project which spanned across several IT teams at both legacy COF and CRS with a high degree of file transfer technical complexities required to ensure compliance with Privacy laws.

Built detailed integrated schedule for LD1 Privacy project which revealed significant risk and therefore evaluated scope options and determined a way to meet all critical requirements by LD1 deferring non critical requirements in a following release.

Created detailed implementation and communication plan for the HSBC LD1 release which led to a smooth release allowing for clean hand offs, proper validation points, across multiple platforms on both the COF and HSBC systems.

Project Manager: Program Pyramid/ETO (2008- 2011)Responsible for managing projects to support overall data center consolidation priorities. Nominated for, and won, Circle of Excellence Award for work on consolidation of CLO and Capstone applications. Successfully delivered project that migrated 15 critical Oracle databases to the Superdome,

consolidated 24 physical servers down to 5 through virtualization, and helped stabilize 2 of COAF's most critical applications (CLO and Capstone).  Reduction of licenses saved ~410K annually.

Successfully managed the complex re-platforming effort of MVS to z11 working with IBM. Project delivered on time without incident, system down time, or business impact.

Principle Project Manager: PM and Agile Services (2007 – 2008)Responsible for managing projects that span across multiple IT platforms in support of US Card infrastructure. Managed 1.8MM cross platform and vendor Loyalty Rewards project which was fundamental in

driving a 4% lift in purchase volume, 10% reduction in attrition, and a 20% lift in net response rates leading to ~ 60MM in NPV over 5 years.

Led and delivered the Loyalty Rewards multiple vendor work stream which built the infrastructure and supporting processes that enabled acquisition and servicing of Co-Brand Credit accounts.

Demonstrated strong sense of project ownership through consistent delivery of complex, integrated, cross-platform, multiple vendor projects on-time and with high customer satisfaction.

Senior Project Manager: Rewards IT (2006 – 2007)Responsible for large multiple vendor project. Led team of senior associates in an integrated build across four vendors and multiple Capital One platforms effectively balancing scope, schedule, and budget. Successfully delivered project which supported a national customer rewards advertising

campaign and flagship Capital One product with a budget of 693K. Recognized for resolving all project related and post -production issues prior to closing project. Led oversight of robust testing that ensured that functionality met business needs as promised

and resolved all defects prior to project closure.
