I have many years of clerical work experience including the last ten years in the NHS.
My most recent role for the last two years was as a Project Support Officer within the Mental Health Team for a nationwide pilot project called Street Cars, which involved supporting the Project Manager. This involved preparing documents, extracting data from bespoke system for weekly, bi-weekly and monthly meetings, arranging/attending meetings with various stakeholders, Police and other outside agencies and taking and distributing minutes of same. I managed the Project Manager and A&E Managers diaries. This role also involved supporting the Criminal Justice Team in various projects.
I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and I dealt with Modern Matrons, Ward Managers, Service Managers, GP's and multi-disciplinary teams on a daily basis.
My time management and organisational skills are excellent, as is my sickness record.
I have attended and passed the LEO (Leading an Empowered Organisation) course and have NVQ 2 and NVQ 3 in Business Administration. I also have the Prince 2 Foundation certificate.

I have worked in a very busy A&E office in RLUH which involved working for Consultant Psychiatrists, SHO's etc and general typing/organising for the Mental Health Practitioners which included digital audio typing.
I then moved to the Broadoak Unit, Broadgreen, to work in the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team which involved minute taking and distribution/follow up of same.
For five years I was the initial point of contact for professionals needing to access a bed within Mersey Care and beyond. I prioritised daily in this role and managed waiting lists/diaries for patients waiting to come into hospital or waiting to be seen by the Access Team. I was responsible for daily record keeping for admissions and data entry of same, including twice daily updates and distribution of accurate ward bed states. This involved updating the shared drive.
