Fees and Charges:School tuition fees and charges are payable in accordance with these terms and conditions and the College’s schedule of tuition fees is published each school year. The tuition fees and charges may be varied and increased by the College at its discretion.

Terms and Conditions of AccountThe Consumer Credit (Victoria) Code applies where a supplier provides money to purchase goods or services or allows a debt to be deferred. The College is not a credit provider under the Code and settlement of accounts must be made strictly in accordance with the terms of payment. Parents who require credit for the payment of school accounts should contact their bank or credit provider.

The following overriding provision ensures that billing and collection of fees and other miscellaneous charges is exempt from the Code.

OVERRIDING PROVISIONLiability for fees and charges will not arise until the issue of an account. The account will be issued approximately two weeks before the due date of payment. If the amount payable remains unpaid at 5:00pm on the due date, charges may be applied to defray administrative expenses and, if still in default at 5:00pm a month later, a further charge may be applied.

The effect of the exemption provisions of the Code, supported by the College Board, requires that all fees be paid within the set time periods. If there are more than two terms of fees outstanding, a payment plan must be entered into with the College.

If this plan is defaulted, a meeting will be arranged with the Principal and Director of Finance. If a suitable resolution is not made, your child’s place will be withdrawn and legal action taken to recover all monies owing.

Removal of StudentNotification of withdrawal of enrolment of a student from the College must be given in writing to the Director of Marketing and Admissions. A full term’s notice (i.e. notification in at least Week 1 of the term in which enrolment is being withdrawn) is required or a term’s fee in lieu of such notice is payable.

For example, notice given in week 5 of term 2 will require the family to pay fees up to and including week 5 of term 3.

Queries All matters regarding payment of fees and charges can be discussed in confidence with the Finance Officer or the Director of Finance. Account enquiries may also be directed to [email protected].
