Inform concierge if the pick-up is more than 10 minutes late. All tours depart from the Adelaide Central Bus Station, 85 Franklin Street unless otherwise stated.

Fares and Itineraries: All prices are per person and are valid from the 1st of April 2011 to the 31st March 2012. For overnight packages adult prices are based on 2 share and child prices are based on sharing with 2 adults. All child prices are based on 3-14 years inclusive. Due to unforeseen circumstances the touring content could vary slightly without any given notice. Changes are announced by the coach captain prior to departure from the fi nal departure point. All tours and ferry departures do not operate on Christmas Day (25th December).

Booking Deposits and Final Payments: To make a booking a deposit of $50 per person is required. Final payments must reach The SeaLink Travel Group no later than 30 days prior to departure. For bookings made online within 30 days of travel date, full payment should be received at the time of booking.

Cancellations: In the unlikely event that a booking, or part thereof is cancelled, cancellation fees apply to the booking value as follows:

• Cancellation more than 30 days before departure - $50 per person

• Cancellation between 7 and 30 days before departure - $50 per person or 50% of total cost whichever is greater

• Cancellation less than 7 days before departure - $50 or 80% of total cost whichever is greater

• Cancellation within 24 hours of departure - 100% of total cost

No refunds will be made for services not availed once travel has commenced. All refund claims must be made in writing. Please note operators reserve the right to charge cancellation fees in addition to the above. Insurance is strongly recommended and available at the time of booking. Please refer to www.sealink.com.au for full terms and conditions.

Amendment Fees: Due to the complexity, staff time and communication costs of the booking process, a charge of $22 (incl GST) may apply to each modifi cation made after the original booking.
