Key Responsibilities:

Implementation, configuration of backbone infrastructure for DATA for Vodafone BPO. Configuration and management of 3800 Series and 1800 Series Routes Configuration and management of L2 & L3 switches( 2960 series,3560 POE Series, 3750

series) Monitoring of ASA 5510 Working on ACL’s for packet filtering and for limit access to network devices, switches and

routers Configuration and management of Data and Voice Vlan’s & redundancy and stacking of

switches Handling WAN connectivity between Two Data Centers with one redundancy Link (HSRP &

IPSLA) and other link to the internet cloud Working on Manage Engine OpManager to WAN devices health & uptime, WAN traffic

analysis functionality Working on MRTG software for bandwidth and WAN traffic monitoring. Interfaced with

vendors and service providers ensuring that hardware and software problems with dealt with efficiently and effectively, with a minimal downtime
