Mission & Vision The purpose of Macon Road Baptist School (MRBS) is to teach students an understand-ing of God’s great love for them and that the only reasonable response to this sacrificial love should be a willing submission of their lives to Jesus Christ. We also want to teach them that their identity in Jesus Christ over-shadows all other earthly things in which they may seek their identity and that true happiness only comes by learning and fol-lowing how God has designed every part of life to function.

Macon Road Baptist School provides a Christ-centered, quality preschool education that creates lifelong learners. Our teachers provide a nurturing environ-ment for K3 and K4 students to pro-

mote academic, spiritual, emotional, and social growth. Through positive reinforce-ment, we strive to instill the value and joy of learning within each child.

Our faith-based curriculum is engaging and fosters a love of learning in your child. Our curriculum is published by ABEKA and prepares students by setting a solid foundation for pre-reading and math. The four-year-old curriculum focus-es on phonics, hands-on math activities, handwriting, and Bible lessons. Social studies and science lessons are also incorporated. Like our Creator, we value creativity and exploration; therefore, we give your child time each day to play, be creative, and practice skills in a way that is developmentally appropriate.

Teachers use age-appropriate learning materials and a variety of teaching strategies to help each child develop academically, socially, and spiritually. Our Christian-based curriculum provides for individual differences and opportuni-ties for success in reading, writing, and math.
