Unleash your inner Picasso and explore the different styles of your artistic ability.

Create a pinata and your own Spanish cuisine.

June 24th - 28 th : going green• Learn different ways to recycle and help keep our

environment clean, and take a trip to the Botanical Gardens.

Arrrr Matey! Search for lost riches on a treasure hunt! Create your own pirate map your friends can explore.

June 3rd - 14th : Amazing race•

June 17th - 21st : Barnyard palooza•

July 8th - 12th : Challenge week•

July 15th - 26th : animal planet•

Journey through different countries for the ultimate prize.

Learn about the different animals on a farm and create your own farm.

June 24th - July 5 th : celebration of nations• Participate in The New School’s “League of Nations”

and celebrate diplomacy.

Work together to accomplish challenges all over campus.

KindergartenThematic Units

July 15th - 19th: ooey gooey•

Super Heroes - Come to school dressed as your favorite character. Create your own sheild and super hero name.

Do slimey hands-on science experiments and make your own slime and gak.

• Have a tea party and learn the ways of Walt Disney.

Create your own jungle and learn about different animals from all over the world.

Day campers will spend their mornings engaged in hand-on activities based on weekly thematic units. Here is a list of this summer’s units with some of the fun activi-ties we will be doing.

A New Addition:Summer AcademiesIn addition to our regular Summer Day Camp program, campers may sign up separately for one of our new, week-long Summer Academies. We’re offering 13 different academies focusing on sports, arts, cooking, writing, and technology. Whatever you love, we’ve got a Summer Acad-emy for you!Academies meet each day from 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. for one full week. Academy registration is sepa-rate from general Day Camp registration. Camp-ers may attend an academy without signing up for our general Summer Day Camp program. Campers who wish to stay after their academy for lunch and the afternoon field trip may sign up for a summer day camp half-day for just $55.Read about each academy offered in our Summer Academies Brochure.
