(JLT) is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.

Reason #2: SHOES FOR THE SOUL – Give a child a pair of shoes and give them dignity

Reason #3: TEACHER TAKE WING –Provides grants to area teachers for innovative in-class projects that might not otherwise be funded.

Applications are accepted, reviewed, scored and ranked by a League committee, and the grants are awarded to the highest scores.
