We are looking for: Title: Controller m/w Reports to: CEO/CFO Location: Munich, Germany Starting Q4/2017 Position Summary: The Controller position is accountable for the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards. Furthermore the position is also responsible for cash management and risk management. The individual should be self-motivated, creative and proactive, to work successfully in a fast-paced environment. The individual will work closely with the CEO and CTO as well as project managers, marketing and sales and other stakeholders throughout the organization. The individual should have 1-2 years experience working in a software company, ideally with a business to business background. Major Responsibilities: • Monthly financial controlling and reporting including liquidity and cash monitoring • Prepare and monitor annual budgets • Monitor marketing, sales and project profitability • Prepare reports and decision making analysis support • Prepare, execute and monitor financial templates, process descriptions and internal employee training on process compliance • Support general management on strategic projects Minimum Requirements: Experience/Skills: • University degree in business administration / economics • 2 + years experience in working as Controller • Desired knowledge of business to business software business models • Excellent German and English verbal and written communication skills • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Should you be interested in joining Cunesoft, please send your application to: Julian Schloßmacher: [email protected]
