Songs and Words for Worship

Revelation Song

Come As You Are

Nothing But the Blood

He Will Hold Me Fast

1. When I fear my faith will fail

Christ will hold me fast;

When the tempter would prevail

He will hold me fast.

I could never keep my hold

through life’s fearful path;

For my love is often cold

He must hold me fast.

Chorus: He will hold me fast He will hold me fast

For my Savior loves me so He will hold me fast.

2. Those He saves are His delight

Christ will hold me fast;

Precious in His holy sight

He will hold me fast;

He’ll not let my soul be lost

His promises shall last;

Bought by Him at such a cost

He will hold me fast. Chorus

3. For my life He bled and died

Christ will hold me fast;

Justice had been satisfied

He will hold me fast;

Raised with Him to endless life

He will hold me fast;

Till our faith is turned to sight

when He comes at last. Chorus 2X

1.Come out of sadness from wherever you’ve been. Come broken hearted let rescue begin. Come find your mercy O sinner come kneel. Earth has no sorrow that Heaven can’t heal Earth has no sorrow that Heav’n can’t heal.

Chorus: So lay down your burdens lay down your shame All who are broken, lift up your face; O wanderer come home, You’re not too far So lay down your hurt, lay down your heart Come as you are.

2. There’s hope for the hopeless and all those who’ve strayed. Come sit at the table Come taste the grace. There’s rest for the weary rest that endures Earth has no sorrow that Heaven can’t cure. Chorus

3. There’s joy for the morning O sinner be still Earth has no sorrow that Heaven can’t heal Earth has no sorrow that Jesus can’t heal.

Chorus

1. What can wash away my sin? Nothing but the blood of Jesus. What can make me whole again? Nothing but the blood of Jesus.

Chorus: O precious is the flow, that makes me white as snow. No other fount I know, Nothing but the blood of Jesus.

2.. For my pardon this I see, Nothing but the blood of Jesus. For my cleansing this my plea, Nothing but the blood of Jesus. Chorus

3. Nothing can for sin atone, Nothing but the blood of Jesus. Naught of good that I have done, Nothing but the blood of Jesus. Chorus 4. This is all my hope and peace, Nothing but the blood of Jesus. This is all my righteousness, Nothing but the blood of Jesus. Chorus

1. Worthy is the Lamb Who was slain Holy holy is He. Sing a new song to Him Who sits on Heaven’s mercy seat.

Chorus: Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty Who was and is and is to come. With all creation I sing praise to the King of kings. You are my ev’rything and I will adore You.

2. Clothed in rainbows of living color, Flashes of lightning rolls of thunder. Blessings and honor strength and glory And power be to You the only wise King. Chorus

3. Filled with wonder awe struck wonder At the mention of Your name. Jesus Your name is power breath and living water Such a marv’lous mystery. Chorus

Welcome

Whether regular or recently new, welcome to this time of worship. It is good and right to worship.

Parents with children - We are glad you are here.

Know that there is no nursery yet. And no children’s church yet.

Children’s Activity Bags – are available on the rack in the vestibule

Please do not worry about your children making noises in the pews.

But if highly disruptive, feel free to take a child out of the service and walk about outside.

Hard of hearing? If present at church, there are hearing devices from the sound booth available. Faith comes by ‘hearing’ the word of God. Pick one up!

This Week

Today – Worship (9:00am & 10:45am) – We gather for worship.

Today – Sunday School (9:00am or 10:45am) – Kara Masters is teaching the Ten Commandments to our children. And Ben Hardesty is teaching on the Westminster Catechism questions that come up through our weekly devotional book.

Masks are strongly encouraged.

Masks and hand sanitizer will be waiting at the door when you walk in. (Offering box too if you have an offering).

Love the fellowship, but keep distance.

Greet joyfully, but avoid physical greetings

Keep children with you (no nursery for now).

After service, please exit soon after out the doors and socialize outside

NEW FORMAT NEXT WEEK:

9am service will be for those who need or desire a more sanitized space (Masks strongly encouraged).

10:45am service, masks are suggested but not required.

But other protection measures still in effect.

Missions Appeal – God “owns the cattle on the thousand hills” (Psalm 50:10). The missions committee is very thankful for all of you who continue to sacrificially give during this uncertain year. We are also facing a significant shortfall in missions giving right now. We need to send out quarterly giving in July. God invites all his children to be “fellow workers for the truth” (3 John 8) by supporting world missions. The Lord will sustain his people.

CYIA’S - Child Evangelism Fellowship of Beaver County is excited to have Esther & Isaac teVelde, Grace & Hannah Forton, & Laura Masters as part of our Christian Youth in Action (CYIA) missionary team this summer. They will be teaching/leading 5-Day Clubs and Good News Day Camps while presenting the Gospel to children throughout Beaver County and for a week in Pittsburgh.

Would you commit to praying for them? Would you like to financially support them? They each need to raise $1,200.00. Please send your checks payable to CEF of Beaver County to 555 Maxine Drive, Beaver Falls, PA 15010 and put their name in the memo line. Thank you!

Bus Banks - Please fill a Bus Bank and help CEF of Beaver County run its Good News Day Camps! Take a bus, fill it with change, cash or checks (payable to CEF of Beaver County) and return it by July 13, 2020. This helps CEF put on two weeks of Day Camp in August. Help spread the gospel!
