EYEInspireAll AmericanFeatured Collection: American Made

Supplies:2 - The Day We Celebrate paper (12” x 12”, 3” x 12”)1 - Patriotic Plaid paper (7” x 9”)1 - Patriotic Polkadot paper (7 1/4” x 9 1/2”)1 - American Flag paper (9 1/2” x 7”)1 - Patriotic Picnic paper (photo mats)1 - American Made Accessories Sheet1 - Lime Twist “Soar” Twine2 - Rhinestone Stars (Teresa Collins)

Also used: black ink, black pen (or computer), needle, and scissors

Instructions: Ink edges, if desired.

Step 1: Cut papers to sizes listed above.(My photo mats are: 2 - 3 1/2” x 5” and 3 1/2” x 7 1/4”.As you can tell from the photo without pictures, I guessed wrong when cutting the mats. I didn’t let that get in the way and just layered my photos on top)

Step 2: Adhere polka dot paper lined up with top left corner.Since this layout is not about the Fourth of July, I want to cover up “The Day we Celebrate”. It was easy by adding this piece.Step 3: Adhere plaid paper lined up on the left side about 2” from top of page.Step 4: Adhere diagonal lined paper about 1/4” from top of plaid.Step 5: Layer stripes and blue papers horizontally.Step 6: Add star strip and bunting strip as shown.Step 7: Add photo mats as desired.Step 8: Lightly trace outline of star (about 5 1/4” square) and hand stitch using twine.Step 9: Layer “All American”, “Independence” and “Telegram” die cuts.

ENJOY!

Perfect for the summer months where you and your family hopefully have the chance to hit the road for a family vacation... even if you do not get out of town, you can still record your adventures from fun times had around home! Insert photos, memorabilia, journaling, ticket stubs... you name it, you can fit it all in!

Featuring the papers and embellishments from the “American Made” Collection as well as LUSH 2 Trims (Navy), LUSH Red Flocked Chipboard Alphabets and Decorative Brads. The red gingham ribbon is from

the Stella and Rose Gertie “Delightful” Trims.

A fun trick to try: Use a circle punch to add decorative tabs to the pages so you can easily section off various parts of your Travel Journal!
