  • The owner of this 1972 Pontiac Trans Am has kept it just the way it was when it was new. It is very difficult to keep the first plastic, factory add-ons looking good for 38 years.

By adding some chrome details and removing other bits of trim, this Cadillac owner wanted his car to look like no other - at least no other 1952 Cadillac.

The owner of the 1950 Mercury to the right has a well-chopped top. Below is a not-

too-close replica of a 1924 Type 35 Bugatti, powered by a Volkswagen engine.

Above is a white-hot, flame-covered Ford panel delivery truck. The owner is fairly sure there is no other Ford truck like it. And that kid is still polishing his father’s Cadillac.

This 1956 Cadillac is a good example of an owner who likes his automobile the way it was when new, and is willing to maintain it, regardless of time and money. In this case, he has a lot of help. Until his father insisted, the little boy, cir-cled below in red, wouldn’t stop polishing the Cadillac long enough to get this picture.

2 Pictorial Tours for the Price of 1 The 11th Annual Kiwanis Car Show at the Johnny Carson Park - April 2001

How often do you see a Mini Limo on the streets of the city? The answer: hardly ever. The two spectators standing behind the mini were not surprised, but amazed at the quality of workmanship that this stretched, little car exhibited. This is the kind of owner who likes to change his car and will spend unlimited amounts of time and money to do it right.
