Reformatory Speech by Nigran-e-ShuraHaji Muhammad Imran Attari, Nigran-e-Shura of Dawat-e-Islami conducted a training session at Faizan-e-Madinah for teaching and non-teaching staff of Dar-ul-Madinah International Islamic School System. In addition to different campuses across Pakistan, teaching and non-teaching staff of Dar-ul-Madinah from Hind, Bangladesh, UK and USA, etc. also attended the session by video link. Nigran-e-Shura highlighted the aim and mission of Dar-ul-Madinah focusing on moral development of students. He said that people have expectations from Dar-ul-Madinah which should be fulfilled by teachers and responsible persons of Dar-ul-Madinah. He said that it is a responsibility of a teacher to strive to keep the students away from all the evils of society and morality, and inculcate good manners into them.

Dawat-e-Islami is striving to prevent increasing evils all around the world. Dar-ul-Madinah was established to fight and defeat the evils in education industry.

The aim of Dar-ul-Madinah is to provide quality Islamic education as well as proper schooling.

It is responsibility of a teacher to help the students give up all the bad habits and take up good ones.

A teacher should analyze the evils and associated problems of the society and keep an eye on the students. If there is any evil in students, the teacher should adopt a measure to combat it.

Narrators of ahadith say that a teacher is a source of knowledge. Teacher should be generous, well-mannered and ambitious.

A good teacher attracts the students by their way of talking, attention, effort and exemplary behaviour.

Teachers should keep in touch with parents/guardians of their students as per the procedure of Dar-ul-Madinah so that the children can be educated collaboratively.

On this occasion, Nigran-e-Shura encouraged the staff of Dar-ul-Madinah to attend weekly Ijtima and participate in other activities of Dawat-e-Islami.
