We had lots of good food, lots of fellowship, and lots of door prizes, including the table decorations. If you are not attending our supper each month you are missing a treat. P l e a s e m a r k y o u r calendar for the first Thursday night in August. See YOU there. -President Sandra Busby LEOA BOARD REMINDER AND MEETING UPDATE LEOA BOD will meet on the second Monday for the months of August and September. Again we would like to remind our neighbors summer and warm evenings are here and our neighbors are out walking, jogging, bicycling and riding in their golf carts so please pay attention when driving your automobiles. Especially be mindful of the speed differential between automobiles and golf carts. Most golf carts go 12-16 mph and the maximum speed limit at the Lake is 30 mph. Warm summer nights also bring about more night fishing. If you are the Lake at night you are required to have your lights on. Katelyn Atkins celebrated the 4th with grandparents, Ken and Arwin Kornegay. Also attending our Anchor Club July 4th celebration were her parents Karen and Bi$y Atkins

WOW!Lora Shepherd needs help showing off her latest catch. She landed this 28.9 pound “monster fish” using a #8 hook with 6 pound test line. It took nearly 25 minutes to get this bad boy grass carp to the dock. From the size of him a$ bets are he has supplemented his low fat grass munching with a little bit of poaching ,om the fish feeders that feed the bream and catfish a$ over the lake.

Congratulations Lora !!!
