Garlic Rub for Meat or Ve!ies-8 Garlic Cloves, minced-1T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil-2t. Stone Ground Mustard -1 1/2t. Kosher Salt-1/2t. Freshly Ground Pepper-1/2t. Freshly Grated Lemon Zest
-Combine everything in a small bowl. Using your hands spread the rub evenly onto 1 1/2Ibs of your chosen protein or veggies just before grilling.

Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait 3/4c. Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt (Chobani, Fage, Okios, etc.)-1/4c. Strawberries, sliced-1/4c. Blueberries1/4c. Raspberries-1t. Granola-Dollop of Fat-Free Cool Whip
-Line a tall glass with 2T or so yogurt, then 2T. or so berries until the glass is full. Top is off with a dollop of fat-free cool whip and a sprinkle of granola.
