2014 Return Fueled by Record-Breaking Attendance and Sales in 2013

Now in its seventh successful year, ArtHamptons has established itself as THE “must attend” art buying and social event in the Hamptons. The East End community comes together to celebrate its long history as a haven for the creation and patronage of art, and considers ArtHamptons the place and time to buy. As the first major art event of the summer season, Hamptonites eagerly await this Fair with robust budgets and earmarked wall spaces.

The Best Location in the Hamptons

The Sculpture Fields at Nova’s Ark is a pristine 95-acre bucolic agricultural reserve featuring a dramatic sculpture garden, horse pasture and polo field with unforgettable sunsets. The site, made famous by the celebrity-driven Super Saturday charity event, is one of the most remarkable art fair locations in America. Surrounded by homes valued in the multi-millions, this location is the epitome of luxury. The site’s vast acreage allows for both valet and abundant self-parking options at the Fair.

Reaching New Peaks Beyond Expectations

1. A steady flow of 14,000+ established art collectors and attendees throughout the weekend–a record.

2. Largest single-day attendance of 5,000 fairgoers on July 13, 2013–a record.

3. Opening Night attendance, benefiting Guild Hall, surpassed 3,200 art lovers on July 11, 2013–a record.

4. Attendees experienced the finest in contemporary art from a record 78 respected national and international galleries in 2013.

5. The sixth edition generated the most number of art transactions and highest dollar sales than ever before.

6. Most of the 78 dealers in 2013 reported more sales activity than originally expected.

7. Average price points in the accessible $10k-50k level inspired fairgoers to respond by buying off the walls in record numbers and generated an estimated art sales increase of 30 percent over 2012.

8. Unmatched media coverage and nearly 70 regional museum and cultural institution partnerships.
