HR responsibility for other workers such as medical and dental associates, consultants (non medical), and third party contractors.

HR lead in investigations, disciplinary hearings, grievances, ill health dismissals, compromises and redundancy / TUPE / COSOP and transfer scheme consultations, fulfilling due diligence requirements.

HR Panel member for wide range of appointments. Providing generic and bespoke L&D solutions – including conflict management; recruitment; appraisal;

communication skills. Informal coaching / mentoring – including Executive Directors Writing, maintaining and developing full suite of HR policies and procedures - ensuring legal and best

practice compliance. HR Lead on Equality Impact Assessments for HR related organisational practices and documentation. Managing and overseeing varied employee relations caseload, personally managing more complex

cases, including tribunal preparations, ET1 responses, and ongoing liaison with solicitors. In-depth knowledge of Agenda for Change, Medical and Dental, GP Educators Pay Frameworks. Effective partnership working with recognised unions and full / part-time Union Representatives -

wherever possible developing informal approaches to resolve disputes at an early stage. Overseeing recruitment function (including the work of two HR / Recruitment Officers). Co-ordinating an organisation wide Job Evaluation Programme (Agenda for Change) including effective

resolution of any follow up issues and disputes. Management of Payroll, Occupational Health, and Training Service Level Agreements. Full line management responsibility for operational HR Team. Providing written recommendations, (and advising on key risks), on wide range of HR issues to
