The park may be accessed from S. Capitol Blvd on the west and from 3rd Street, south of Myrtle. Reservation for Special Events available year-round. Reservation blocks: 7a-11a, noon-4p and 5p-sunset Total park capacity 3500 BOISE PAVILION - capacity 500/seating 80; thirteen (13) 3'x3' pedestal tables and two (2)-6' serving on concrete slab; Two (2) small grills; Power: Eight (8)-110v outlets, one (1)-220v outlet; with 20 amp breakers; Lighted Facility; Drinking fountain and utility sink AGRICULTURE PAVILION - capacity 500/seating 73; three (3) 22’ rows of picnic benches with eight (8) ADA seating accommodation; double grill; Power: Two (2)-110v outlets (east side - one on each pole); with 20 amp breakers; Drinking fountain by restrooms. Easy access to the Rose Garden, Zoo Boise and the Greenbelt ROSE GARDEN - capacity 150; ten (10) - 5' benches in gazebo area. Formal ceremonies only. Chairs are discouraged, but limited to (10) and prohibited on the turf. BAND SHELL - capacity 1500; Stage size: Depth; 35’, Width; 22’3” narrowest, 39’8” widest; Power: Thirty-six (36) 10v outlets and one (1)-220v outlet; 20 amp breakers. Facility lighted by fourteen (14) pole lights and six (6) stage lights. Water; a hose bib under the stage. Access to behind stage area requires scheduling and Park Staff on duty ROTARY GRAND PLAZA – standing event only. Dogs are required to have a current license and controlled by a leash, unless otherwise indicated. Leash shall not exceed eight (8) feet in length within 250 feet of the greenbelt. Owners are required to clean up dog waste. Dogs may not harass humans or other animals AMPLIFIED SOUND PERMIT - allowed with a reservation at the pavilions/band shell. Only one sound permit is issued per reservation block. Up to five (5) hours may be issued between 7am to 9pm. Fee $50 BBQ - each pavilion is equipped with BBQ BEER/WINE PERMIT - allowed at the pavilions with reservation. Fee $10.
