PRE-SPINNING EXPERTISESaurer (Changzhou ) Textile Machinery is the Pre-Spinning Business Unit of

the Saurer Group, Swizerland. As a manufacturer of high quality

pre-spinning equipment, we are dedicated in supplying full process of blow

The company’s facility is located on a sprawling 153000 m2 in the economic

development zone of Jintan District in the Jiangsu Province. The area

includes a 27000 m2 workshop equipped with near 1000 of general service

This machine unit is placed between blow room and draw frames and suitable for cotton fiber, cotton-type fiber, medium and long fiber. It will further open and card the loose cotton processed in the blow room line, and remove neps, impurities and short fibers, then make the crimp fibers into straight single fiber status, and concentrate the fibers into uniform sliver. The high speed coiler then will fill the can with the sliver to supply the after process. This carding machine unit is the ideal equipment to use in the blow room carding system.

Widened and lifted up cylinder makes active carding area increase more 60% compared to traditional carding machine. Under same carding condition, the yield increases over 50%. Maximum output can reach 150kg/hour and maximum sliver delivery speed can reach 350m/min.
