Hobbies & Interests:Training and Instruction in Health & Safety is my passion. I enjoy the peace and quiet of Reading, Walking, Gardening and Meditation.
Volunteering:I was with CDYS for 2 years running meditation classes for the Garda Diversion Project in Cobh and also did a year working with SVP Shop in Kanturk to help organize the shop and Stock.
