Gandolfo, Jr., Surveyor, dated September 13, 1941, said portion of ground is designated as LOT E, SQUARE 10, bounded by Stafford Street, 18th Street, 19th Street and the line of the Hero prope4rty, said lot commences at a distance of 192 feet from the intersection of 18th Street and Stafford Street, and measures thence 48 feet front on Stafford Street, same width in the rear, by a depth of 122.55 feet on the sideline of Lot D, and a depth of 123.32 feet on the opposite sideline.
