• InternationalvisibilitiesofThairesearchperformance• TurnaroundtimeforjournalevaluationsinScopusofSTEPteamandrespectiveSubjectChairs,(turnaroundtime of16monthsonaverage).

• Part-timeeditors,manychangesandreplacementsineditors.

• Manyneweditorswithlackofprofessionalandexperience,mostlynotawareoftheScopuscriteria(basedonvisits,un-officialsubmissionstolocalboard,phone-calls).– majorityhavebeenrejectedbythelocalboards.

CertificateProgram,ECP)inThailand.2. To explore ways to reduce turnaround time for Scopus title evaluation

process,fromsubmissiontofinaldecision.3. To proactively suggest 60 journal titles from Thailand to be indexed in
