This is a pictorial booklet featuring our facilities and equipment in our production plant in Jiangsu, China.

Featured also are some of the components of foreign makers like ABB, Emerson, Schneider, Danfoss, Carrier, Bitzer being used in most of our equipment.

Running of tests and commissioning are the final phrase of the production before our products are delivered to our customers. Some of these tests are featured towards the end of the booklet.

Finally, the last of those pictures are some of the departments housed in our institute where we design our products and equipment.

Josun Factory Visit

Josun Air Conditioner Co., Ltd is China largest marine refrigeration equipment maker and we are located in Taixing in Jiangsu province about 3 hours drive from Pudong Airport (Shnaghai).

Although our factory is located in the Economic Development Zone, the nearest hotel is only 3 mins drive away and the town is about 10 mins.

Electrical components like emerson and schneider are used in most of the equipment manufactured here. Customer’s request can be integrated into also.

CondenserThis plastic tube is used to prevent erosion of wielding between the tubing and the plate.

Workshops

Above is the refrigeration testing centre, one of the test lab in the factory.

Filling up evaporator coil with nitrogen and submerging to water to test for leaking. Some of the refrigeration system being connected to water supply to run the system to be tested.
