WORK EXPERIENCE
August 1982 – May 1993 Underground mineworker at Newmarket and Riccall Collieries.

Risk Assessments
To ensure that all risk assessments are carried out in a timely manner, correct paperwork is completed and that this is then forwarded to the Safety Department

Behavioural Audits
Carrying out observations of planned tasks:
Talking through a method of work and Risk Assessment Ensure that correct paperwork has been provided Establish that staff understand how to carry out a specific task and that they are

Accident Investigation
After an accident occurs I gather information from the staff member involved and also from any witnesses to the incident
