April, 2014 graduated from American InterContinental University Online with my Bachelors of Business Administration. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with highest honors. I am a member of the Delta Mu Delta Business Honor Society.

Work Experience: September 2014 to October 2016

1. Formally worked at Strategic Technical Assistance Center as a Mechanical Technician in Laundry. This position included aiding and assisting Sears and A&E technicians in the field. This includes the assisting technicians in troubleshooting problems with washers and dryers. When necessary, I would call the manufacturers to obtain the proper technical assistance to get the solution for the technician. I also help the other technicians around my area as well as receive their advice. This is sharing of knowledge that helps everyone out. Recently, I was asked to serve as a temporary Floor Lead until further notice. This allowed me to learn the systems and procedures better and aid more people. As a floor lead I helped improve the first time completes and evaluated and coached the technicians. This also improved their phone talking technique and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems with laundry and cook appliances.

2. March 2011 to August 2014 A&E Factory Service as an in-home service technician, customer service is the first and foremost goal of the technician. We are not only repairing the appliance, but we are ensuring that we are protecting the customer’s property during the repair. Customer relations are important where the customer is involved in the decision process of the repair. Managing the route and proper time frame of daily cycle promotes customer’s

satisfaction. Selling Protection Agreements and other products helps the customer in the future knowing the product is in good hands.

3. April 2006 to November 2010 Southeastern Paper Group Spartanburg, SC based in Savannah, GA 4 years. I would schedule customer’s service for the chemicals to be used in the cleaning products for the proper portions. Here I would train the customers on how to use the products and also I would program the dispensing equipment and washing machines for proper chemical injections. My customers were motels, grocery stores, restaurants and health spas to name a few. I would make monthly appointments to see how things were going and check on the equipment along with the training process.

4. May 1999 to September 2001 Georgia Pacific, Savannah, GA. 3 years. As maintenance electrician for the hardwood plywood mill maintaining the motors, controllers and electronic programmable logic controls. As a project for the whole electrical shop to change from a relay logic to programmable logic, it was my task to set up a team to run conduit, wires and sensors for part of the equipment of the mill itself.

5. February 1983 to January 1991. United States Navy-8.5 years’ service. US Naval Nuclear Power where we provided steam for propulsion and generating electricity onboard US Navy Submarines. I was qualified as a shutdown reactor operator which is a position that is responsible for the reactor itself in the shutdown condition, and the engineering spaces I was responsible for ordering parts for the electrical division. I had to attend schools for these projects as well as updates on procedures and equipment to make sure I was proficient in my field and the equipment I operated. There is classified information that cannot be revealed now.

Volunteer Work:1. Recording Manager : June 2007 to January

2010 Trinity Lutheran Church, LCMS. I started up the recording program from nothing, to recording services, extracting sermons and putting on the Trinity Church website, copying discs to distribute to those unable to attend Church service. I started a training program for those who volunteered to record the service. This was with up to 10 people in this capacity.

2. Board of Elders: June 2003 to October 2009 Trinity Lutheran Church, LCMS. Board was responsible for the finances of the Church. As an Elder, I was responsible for the Spiritual well-being of several members of the congregation. It my duties to check on them often, pray for them and mainly be there in time of need. Also as a member of the property management team, I oversaw the electrical distribution and safety of the Church campus.

3. Worship Assistant: Current King of Kings Lutheran Church, LCMS, Round Rock, Texas. Worship Assistants are responsible for the opening of the facilities and assist the Senior and

Associate Ministers in all aspects of the worship service. This includes but not limited to help with the serving of Communion, Baptisms and ensuring that acolytes and ushers are available and ready for the service. Also, included are the safety of the campus and the flow of the service to ensure that it is acceptable. If necessary, run the sound board so that all can hear the worship service.
