VIETNAM DELEGATION ACTIVITIES
1. Key delegates:
- Vietnam Speaker presents about featured outstanding SMEs from Vietnam (as represented by Vietnamese delegates) during Info Sharing & Biz Opportunities Session.
- National Representative attend sideline meeting with other national representatives.
2. All delegates:
- Exchange business cards with international delegates during networking lunches, dinners and other informal occasions.
- Participate in business matching sessions as requested by their sponsors.
- Produce livestream and electronic reports about APYBC 2012.
- Organize national booth activities with exhibition about Vietnamese SMEs.
- Performing the song “We are unity” during Gala Dinner.
NATIONAL BOOTH ACTIVITIES- Exhibition about sponsors of Vietnam Delegation to APYBC 2012 as featured outstanding SMEs from Vietnam.
- Photo corner with backdrop of Vietnam Delegation featuring logos of all participating SMEs.
- Reception ladies in traditional costumes to advise on partnership with SMEs from HCMC.
- Checkpoint for Keewi livestream business discussion within conference with support from Vietnam Delegation.
- Display of sample products from featured outstanding Vietnamese SMEs.
- Display of free gifts and pocket leaflets promoting about SMEs participating in Vietnam Delegation.
SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS1. During conference:
- Promoting products to around 500 SMES from ASEAN, India, China and Japan through the National Booth and workng agenda of Vietnam Delegation.
- Granted opportunities to distribute brochure and souvenir gifts to international delegates (300 from Malaysia and 180 from overseas). Gifts are prepared by sponsors (if any).
- Sponsors are featured in the official presentation of the Vietnam Delegation.
2. After conference:
- Networking with SMEs from APYBC 2012.
- Granted permission to use images of Vietnam Delegation in APYBC 2012 for marketing purpose of sponsors.
- Thank-you letter from Vietnam Delegation and e-report about conference.
- Invited to become partner of Young Translators Foundation.

- Gift to 1 National Representative (first come, first served)
- Round trip airfare with luggage storage of 25kg for 1 delegate.
- Funding for National Booth of Vietnam Delegation.
- Funding for hotel on 27-29/11/2012 (only for sponsor interested in INTRADE 2012 and Kuala Lumpur International Trade Forum). Sponsor are paying additional fee for changing flight to sponsored delegates.
