This evening, enjoy stunning views of Niagara Falls during a delicious Signature Dinner.

DAY 4: 30 APRIL 2018 NIAGARA FALLS SIGHTSEEING & FREE TIME

Tips, Taxes and Porterage: Insight Vacation’s hotels include all service charges, taxes and porterage. All tips are included for services on trip provided by dining-room waiters, chambermaids and porters at hotels.

Scheduling of Opera Performances: It is with every intention that all of the Opera performances listed in the itinerary will be scheduled. However, Insight Vacations is not responsible if by any reason the respective Operas cannot be scheduled.

What’s Not Included: Airport taxes and charges imposed by third parties, passports and applicable visa fees, laundry, phone calls, items of a personal nature, beverages, meals and sightseeing not detailed on the itinerary, local city guides, excess baggage and travel insurance. Please note that travel insurance is highly recommended.

Final Payment: Is required no later than 70 days prior to departure.

Price: The advertised price is in Euros. No surcharges in regards to cost or currency fluctuations will be made once deposit is received. This guarantee excludes fuel surcharges and does not apply to any taxes, charges or levies imposed by any government or its agencies.

Refunds: No refunds are available if cancellations occur after the trip has commenced or in respect of any trips, accommodation, meals or any other services not utilised.

Itinerary Changes & Trip Cancellation: Insight Vacations reserves the right to vary itineraries should circumstances dictate, as well as cancel or reschedule any trip departure in accordance with operating requirements, or circumstances beyond its control. The advertised trip require minimum numbers to depart. Should these not be met Insight Vacations reserves the right to alter or cancel arrangements.

Hotels: The hotels listed in the itinerary are confirmed, although subject to change for reasons beyond our control.

Rooming Arrangements: Please note that single accommodation is usually limited. Occupying a single room either by choice or circumstance is subject to the applicable supplement of €965 p.p.

Porterage: One suitcase is included in the trip price and at arrival or departure from each trip hotel. Due to limited coach capacity this single bag should have a weight not exceeding 30kg (66lbs) and dimensions not exceeding 77.5cm (30.5in) x 56cm (22in) x 32cm (12.5in). Charges will be levied in the event these limits are exceeded and our promise to transport you as indicated may be invalidated. Note: Airlines may restrict check-in baggage to 20kgs per person.

Documentation: Approximately 2 weeks prior to departure, documentation will be sent to you via mail and will include a trip itinerary, hotel list, baggage labels and ticket wallet.

Pre or Post Trip Accommodation: Is subject to availability. Please consult the Reservations Team at time of booking for details on pre or post trip accomodation.

ARRIVAL INFORMATION IN TORONTO:Please meet the Travel Director in the arrivals areas of the airport after clearing customs and collecting baggage. If you arrive outside of the transfer time, please make your own way to the hotel.

ON ARRIVAL AT YOUR HOTEL:On arrival at the hotel, please advise the hotel of your trip reference as shown on your Insight Vacations Trip Ticket because the hotel will be holding your reservation on our group voucher. As with all international hotels, rooms cannot be guaranteed to be ready before midafternoon.

JOINING PRIOR TO DAY 1: If you have accommodations booked prior to day 1 of your trip, please hand the hotel your separate hotel voucher. Please check the notice board in the lobby for additional details.

FLIGHTS:Flights are not included in trip price and must be organised with the Reservations Team at time of booking. Insight Vacations is not responsible for delayed flight arrivals and cannot refund unused transfers.

ON COACH WI-FI:Wi-Fi is available on our coaches in many countries. The on-coach Wi-Fi uses the 3G mobile phone network, which means connection will be slower than standard broadband and at times may not be available. It’s perfect for sending emails and keeping in touch, but not strong enough for streaming video or large photo uploads. The included free data allowance per day is sufficient for most normal usage (sending emails etc.). Free Wi-Fi is also available in many of the hotels we stay in.
