We can guarantee access to a database of over 20,000 active renters and buyers who have registered an interest in DeTrafford properties and, it goes without saying, unrivalled inside track knowledge of the development. We also have a shared interest with all our purchasers in maintaining the prestige of the development by avoiding the use of multiple agents, inconsistent marketing and sales clutter such as inappropriate, disfiguring sales boards displayed with a detrimental effect.
However, it is not our intention to make you feel locked in or constrained in any way - so this is
how the service operates. As part of our agreement with you, if you wish to sell or rent your property, there is provision for us to have an exclusive period of 28 days to secure a sale or rental at the market value, including privileged access to our dedicated database. If we succeed, the following fees will apply:
– FOR SALES : 1.5% plus VAT of the agreed sales price
– FOR RENTALS : 10% plus VAT of the rental term
