E . D . E . C RULES1. The judge’s decision is final.2. Hard hats to current standards must be worn at all times when riding, mounting or

dismounting.3. All owners entering their horses/ponies do so at their own risk. E.D.E.C, its officers,

members and landowners accept no liability of any kind in respect of accident, damage, injury or illness to animals, owners, riders, grooms or spectators or any person, property what so ever.

4. Spurs may NOT be worn by anyone 16 or under.5. Excessive use of crop or spurs may result in elimination.6. No horse or pony under the age of 4 is allowed to participate in jumping/WH classes.7. The organisers reserve the right at any time to cancel, amalgamate or split any class.8. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry.9. When jumping the organisers recommend that current standard body protector is worn.10. Any objections must be lodged with a £20 deposit within 15 minutes of the class ending,

the deposit will be returned if the objection is upheld.11. No mucking out on the field. Please take your rubbish home with you.12. All competitors must act in a responsible manner to other competitors and judges.13. Any violation of the above rules may result in disqualification from any or all classes.14. All dogs must be kept on leads at all times. Please use doggy bags & take them home.15. No cantering or galloping on the show field unless in one of the competitors rings or

collecting ring/warm-up area.16. Bitless bridles are allowed in any class.Thank you for your cooperation

QUALIFIERS & AWARDS !15+ Horse & Pony EventsTo qualify for the 2019 National Supreme Showing Championship Show 2019 -Venue - Weston Lawns Equitation, Bedworth, CV12 9JA August 17th/18th 2019 - the first, second and third highest placed 15+ horse/pony in the following classes will each qualify: 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11, 13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20, 28,29,30 42,43To enter the National Supreme Showing Championship Show the rider/handler and horse/pony must register with 15+ Horse & Pony Events within 14 days of the qualifying show date. Equine Sports UK 2019.This show is affiliated to Equine Sports UK (ESUK) Grassroots Championships taking place at Arena UK, Grantham, Lincolnshire on 1st- 4th August 2019. The three highest placed exhibits will qualify in each class. Qualifying classes are: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11, 13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,22,23 36,37, 38,39,40,41

All these Trophies are held by the winner until 30th April 2020 and then must be returned to the club to be awarded to the winner of the next year’s John Rhodes Memorial Show. All Challenge trophy winners are required to give a £20 deposit, which will be refunded when the trophy is returned to the club.
