REGISTRATION FOR NEW FAMILIES New families should call or visit the Rectory Office (610-696-3624) to make an appointment with a priest to register in the Parish. Members of the parish who reach the age of 18 should register separately as adults. If you have recently changed your status, married, moved out of your parents home or graduated from college, you need to re-register. If you move, we would also appreciate a call to the Parish Office so that our records will be in order. Thank you.
BAPTISMS Baptisms will be celebrated the first three Sundays of the month. Parents are asked to register their child for Baptism by calling the Parish Office. If this is your first child, it is required that you attend a Pre-Jordan Seminar. These are held on the fourth Sunday of the month (except December and July) at 10:00 a.m. in the SS. Simon and Jude Room in the Meehan Center.
WEDDINGS We need at least six months to assist engaged couples to prepare for marriage. Please call the Parish Office for an appointment with a priest.
AGED, SHUT-IN & HOSPITALIZED Notify the Parish Office when a neighbor, friend or relative is aged, sick or hospitalized. The sacraments of Penance, Eucharist or Anointing are our joy and privilege to administer.

Summer Confessions Schedule Saturday, SUMMER schedule for Confessions at
Saints Simon and Jude. There will be one priest hearing confessions at 8:00 a.m., and the same priest will say the 9:00 a.m. Mass; one priest will be hearing confessions at 4:00 p.m. and the same priest will say the 5:00 p.m. Vigil Mass. Time and again, we are most grateful for your support and understanding. Confession may also be arranged at the Rectory to meet your schedule.

Bereavement: Those folks who are feeling the loss of someone they loved are invited to our bereavement session on Wednesday evening, June 28th, at 7:00 pm, in the Welcome Center. It helps to share stories and see how God is with us even in the times of sorrow.

Classes are offered for children ages 3 and 4 years and kindergarten on Sunday mornings from 9 am to 10 am. Pre School fee is $ 70.00 Classes for Children in Levels 1 thru 6: Tuesday afternoons 4:15 to 5:30 pm and 6:00 to 7:15 pm and Wednesday— 6:00 to 7:15 pm Elementary Level fee: is $190.00 for 1 child $310.00 for 2 children 3 or more children cost is $375.00 Level 2 Classes are ONLY offered on Tuesday nights from 6:00 to 7:15 pm Level 6 Classes are ONLY offered on Wednesday nights from 6:00 to 7:15 pm Junior High Youth Group: is offered on Sunday nights from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Meals for Isolated Homebound Needed! Meal supplies are low.
Can you prepare an extra serving of your dinner and put it in a meal tin, then freeze it and bring it to the Aid for Friends freezer at church? You will be helping someone who is homebound and cannot prepare a meal for themselves. Meal tins are above the freezers behind the large wooden doors across from the rest rooms to the right of the main entrance of church.
Please fill the tin with a protein, starch and vegetable. Cover it with tin foil and enclose the filled meal tin in the plastic bag provided. Freeze the meal at home and then return it to the freezer at church. Your simple act of kindness is greatly appreciated!! More information on Aid for Friends can be found at aidforfriends.org
SSJ SCHOOL NEWS Our students are officially on summer vacation, but our office and maintenance staff are working hard to prepare for the 2017-18 school year. Construction in the East West Hall has officially started to prepare for our fall opening of SSJ’s Little Explorers Preschool. Below are adjusted summer office hours.
