Accomplishments:Redesign wastewater treatment plant, as results operating cost, dropped by 30%.Redesigned production equipment increasing production output 50% including upgrade to automated steam tunnel, chain drive rail system and overhead monorail.Developed and implemented proactive maintenance system reducing downtime of critical production equipment.Estimated, designed and built storage system, including 8,000 square foot mezzanine, monorail delivery system, and vertical lift and indexing system.
