Data Quality

•Correct data in NSSRS eliminates assessment issues later.

•Due date is when data must be submitted.•Districts are encouraged to use NSSRS

Validations link in the portal to audit their data.

•Before due date districts can submit changes to the data.

•After due date closes, the data is uploaded to DRC.

• Due Date for updated Alternate Flag in Special Education Template – December 1, 2014 & January 30, 2015

you to select between 2 and 7 districts or schools to compare.

• The selected schools/districts can be compared for characteristics, NePAS, NeSA, and AYP.

• Characteristics – poverty %, ELL %, SPED %, Mobility %, Grad %, Membership, Highly Mobile %

• NePAS – Status, Improvement, and Growth for all three levels

• NeSA – Percent Proficient – by subgroup, by grade, by subject

• AYP – Met or Not Met – by school level, by reading and math.
