Depository Examiners

Banks and credit unions play a vital role in providing trusted financial services and access to capital for consumers and businesses. Our professionals examine state-chartered institutions, helping to ensure their safety and soundness.

Non-Depository Examiners

Non-Depository examiners regulate a wide range of business models, including mortgage brokers and

Securities Compliance Examiners

The securities marketplace underwent an extensive transformation. Its impact on Pennsylvania’s marketplace, and the role of technology in the industry, are greater than ever. Examiners register investment advisers, firm representatives, broker-dealers and representatives/agents. They must have a strong technical understanding of financial markets and the role of many different investment products.
