A Start at the male end of the hose (100 feet [30m]) and form a roll 30 inches (.8m) in diameter on flat

ground.

C The completed field roll, with the female coupling on the outside, is ready for packing. Grab the outsideof the hose roll near the female coupling and pull

toward the center of the roll.

D The fold should now protect the female end. The top layer of hose can now be tied to the bottom

layer using a piece of rope 32 inches long (0.9 m). Two rolls of hose may be placed together and tied

off with rope on the outside of the rolls with ashoulder strap to allow carrying.
