To be done good maintenance as soon as possible as follows
1. To be removed rusty parts and paint at all rusty parts
- H/C, Handrail, Oxy & Acetylene pipe lineat outside, on
deck and mooring equipments.
- If you find out rusty parts, please remove & paint there
to maintain good condition.
2. Liferaft & Rescue boat davit
- To be painted S.W.L. on liferaft & rescue boat davit by
distinctive color(red or yellow color)
- To be removed rusty parts and paint.
- To be supplied grease at moving parts.
- To be replaced damaged & corroded pulley device.
3. To be repaired & connected between wire and damper for
fire damper on funnel and then
tested damper.
4. To be repaired all bilge valve for void space to smoothly
operate them.
5. To be repaired ram cylinder because of leakage oil (2
sets).
6. To be connected between self ignited lighting and lifebuoy by
rope at B-deck (P & S side)
7. To be fitted plug at drain hole of air-vent coaming.
8. To be used proper garbage can in accordance with garbage
management plan.
9. To be made newly container of new waste rag by making steel
or removed using container.
10. To be cleaned & renewed dirty & poor conditions IMO
symbols.
11. To be greased up gear and grease point of mooring equipments
and made & repaired cover
for gear.
12. To be welded & repaired locking part of F.W.T.(P)
filling line.
13. To be kept properly fire mens outfit in accurate box in
SOPEP store. Now it is keeping in
another box in SOPEP store.
14. To be installed quick closing spring for sounding cock of
F.W.T.
15. To be securely lashing Lub. Oil and container in steering
gear room.
16. To be remade & replaced poster of speed table at M/E
local side.
17. To be cleaned & painted dirty parts in E/R.
18. To be replaced abnormal gauge for M/E & G/E.
19. To be proper maintained S.W. SERV. PUMP.
20. To be taped up high pressure fuel & L.O. connection part
by using FN tape after cleaning
connection part.21. To be greased up wire for accommodation
ladder/gangway and grease points.
22. To be repaired air vent for no.4 void (P).
23. To be repaired or renewed seriously corroded air-vent
pipe.
24. To be covered connecting charger with vinyl to prevent
damage by water.

25. To be welded & repaired stair.
26. To be repaired hanger for nozzle for fore hoe and locker for
fire hose box.
27. Rescue boat.
- To be made cover for rescue boat engine to prevent water
ingress to engine.
- To be replaced wire.
- To be securely fixed fire extinguisher for rescue boat.
28. To be replaced plastic poster on door.
29. To be removed Lub. Oil drums on deck.
30. To be attached card for liferaft on case of liferaft.
Remark: If you need store & spare in order to accomplish Job
Orders items, please include
item in periodical supply order with remark.

1. To be remade out rest hour record.
- Please make out it according to your contract and STCW
regulation.
- Satand Sunday are crews holiday on your contract and then not
exceed 103hours/month
of overtime hours.
2. Please accurately file PSC deficiency report.
3. Please properly file SMS documentation when you receive
them
- 2013 & 2014 SMS control committee.
- Revision repeal record / after 2012/ 04/ 01.
- SMS document revision record / after 2007/03/01.
- Garbage management plan.
- Cargo gear rope maintenance record & replacement plan.
- Essential instruction
4. Please correctly write down and use documentation
- FFA : record five year service.
- Recreational facilities and equipment check-list.
- Food & catering facilities and equipment.
- Form of TO DOCTOR
- Maintenance plan(2014 ~2016)
