NEW!! Housing Authority Executive Director: The Executive Director (ED) of the Karuk Tribe Housing Authority will work under the general direction of the Board of Commissioners (BOC). The ED is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Karuk Tribe Housing Authority (KTHA) and is responsible for implementing the Indian Housing Program. Must have a BA in Business Administration or a minimum of five years experience in business management, administration or related field. Must be knowledgeable in housing development and construction. Experience in HUD housing, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and Bureau of Indian Affairs Housing Improvement programs are required. Knowledge of/experience with Tribal and Federal laws concerning Indian Housing, especially the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996 and federal procurement requirements is required. Must have significant supervisory experience. Must possess valid driver’s license, good driving record, and be insurable by Housing’s insurance carrier. Surgical Inventory/Sterile Processing Specialist: Maintains the computer Inventory Control System (desktop and handheld) for the surgery area. Controls the ordering and restocking process of supplies and maintains and distributes stock. Communicates with the buyer for reordering using established procedures. Prepares requisitions for Surgery Area Manager to review and approve per policy. Performs a variety of tasks related to the preparation of instruments and equipment for procedures and surgeries. Mammography Technologist: The hospital has a Critical Access Hospital designation, with 25 inpatient beds and an average daily census of 20. There are 10 outpatient beds, a 12-bed ED, ancillary services (MRI, CT, Nuclear Med, Mammography imaging, lab, pathology, 24/7 pharmacy coverage), surgical services (ortho, OB/GYN, general surgery, podiatry, ophthalmology, endoscopy), Family Birth Center, Intensive Care Unit, Med-Surg Unit, and Outpatient Care Services performing infusions, wound care and supporting outpatient procedures. The hospital also supports in and outpatient physical, speech, occupational and rehab therapies. Sutter Lakeside’s campus also includes two hospital-based rural health clinics, a beautiful community garden and the only Rehab Mobility Park in this part of the state. Occupational Therapist (Full-Time): Evaluates, establishes treatment plans, and provides occupational therapy services upon physician referral for identified patients. The Occupational Therapist performs services in an interdisciplinary environment with physical therapy, speech pathology, physicians, nursing and other health care providers. All patient services are documented appropriately and updated to justify continued intervention.

RN - Home Health: Provides direct care to patients ranging in age/develop-mental stages from infants (pediatrics) to geriatrics with the main focus on adults to geriatrics, using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Is responsible for managing care of assigned patients and reporting the findings to appropriate Case Manager. EKG Monitor Technician/Unit Clerk - ICU: Observes and analyzes cardiac rhythms and Oxygen saturation monitoring to a patient on the Medical Surgical Unit (MCU) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) from a central monitoring unit located in the ICU. In addition to these duties the clerk will do Unit Secretary duties which include order entry, answering phones, clerical duties and patient care rounding on call lights.
