1. High School diploma or GED equivalent; and2. Few years of experience as a security guard or police officer; or a combination of education, training, or work experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of this position.3. Ability to providing quality customer service.4. Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively at client site.5. Knowledge in security techniques and procedures.6. Neat and professional appearance.7. Friendly and professional demeanour.8. Ability to prepare clear and accurate reports and be able to speak and write effectively.9.
