Welcome Message

Dear Authorized User,

This job aid guides you through the steps to access to the Health First Colorado Data Analytics Portal

(CDAP), which is hosted by Truven Health Analytics, part of the IBM Watson Health Business (Truven

Health). This portal replaces the 3M-hosted Statewide Data Analytics Contractor (SDAC) Web Portal for

the Accountable Care Collaborative (ACC) Program.

Health First CDAP:

Contains information on Regional Care Collaborative Organization (RCCO) and Primary Care

Medical Provider (PCMP) key performance indicators (KPIs); and

Provides an intuitive point-and-click interface that allows for drilling down, data exports, and

Physician-level comparisons.

An account has been created for you by the Health First CDPA administrator; your account is

now active, and you may log in using your user ID, password, RSA Personal Identification

Number (PIN), and RSA token. Once logged in, you will be able to see and interact with your

dashboards.

If you experience any issues gaining access to the Health First CDAP, please contact Truven Health

support desk by visiting http://truvenhealth.com/contact/product-support or calling 877-843-6796.

Thank you for signing up with the Health First CDAP.

Sincerely,

Truven Health and the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF)

Using the Health First CDAP

The Home page of the Health First CDAP includes a frame for Notifications and a frame for your

dashboards. Use your mouse to point to a specific dashboard and click to open that dashboard. The

subsections that follow describe the content of the three dashboards.

Figure 1: Health First CDAP Home Page

Performance Dashboard Open the Performance Dashboard to see the KPIs for your

RCCO. Move your mouse to hover over a specific bar to see a

summary for your RCCO. In Figure 2 below, you can see that

a context text box opens to provide information about the

measure; this information will vary, depending on what

measure you are looking at.

Move your mouse over a graphic element (such as a bar or

dot) to see a context summary; click on the graphic element to

drill down to even more detail. For instance, click on a bar in

the Key Performance Indicators section to see the list of

clients related to that KPI. In the Physician Comparison scatter

graphs, click on a green dot to open that PCMP’s Performance

Dashboard.

This dashboard helps to answer the

following questions:

What is my region’s rolling 12-month

KPI performance?

How do our physicians perform in

comparison to one another?

Who are the physicians with clients

in my region?

What can we do to improve our

region’s KPI performance (action

list)?

For additional information about this

dashboard, click the DETAILS button.
