Anthony Eugenio is an attorney, board certified in commercial and residential real estate law. He holds a masters in Business Administration (MBA), a broker’s license, and is a CPA. Anthony has been involved in the real estate development business for over 20 years. He has developed over 1,000 residential lots in the San Antonio and New Braunfels area. He has experience in owning, constructing, managing and maintaining numerous commercial, industrial, mulitfamily and residential properties.

Jane Schaefer grew up in the homebuilding business. She graduated from the University of Texas School of Law and has worked in the home building industry for more than twenty years. Jane has worked in about every aspect of her family’s homebuilding company. She has experience in home design, construction, decorating, landscaping, and advertising. Jane was born to build homes.

Brian Otto has worked for a national home builder for 17 years and has over 27 years experience in the construction business. Brian has built over 200 homes and has constructed over 27 neighborhoods in the San Antonio area.
