Since everyJohnson Matthey SCR System is builton cutting-edge technology, your SCRSystem can be customized to ensure themost effective and efficient performancewhile allowing for easy upgrades if conditions should change in the future.

    The standard SCR System includes SCRcatalyst, durable housing, mixing duct,injection system components and controlpanel or an optional fully-integrated skid-mount package. The skid-mount optionincludes a converter, injection systemcomponents, electronic controls, urea daytank, compressor and freeze protection.In addition, the skid is assembled at theJohnson Matthey plant and is deliveredready for installation, minimizing installa-tion labor and time. The JM catalyst hous-

    ing is much more compact than others inthe marketplace. So, while the JohnsonMatthey SCR catalyst packs maximumpunch in performance, its smaller sizemakes it much easier to install, especiallyin tight spaces.

    At the heart of the SCR System is a PC-based control system that is exceptional

    for its performance, construction andversatility. With no moving parts, the risk of a breakdown is minimal. The softwarelogic in the Johnson Matthey SCR systemis the most efficient self- diagnostic soft-ware available. It continuously monitorsprocess parameters such as urea flow,pressure, temperature and performancewith the optional NOx analyzer. If aproblem is diagnosed, the software isdesigned to make adjustments, fix theproblem and safeguards against ureaplugging. Upgrades are done simply bymodifying the software, which meansquick and easy compliance with new EPA,ARB or local air agency requirements.

    A More Advanced Injection Nozzle

    One of the superior features of thisnozzle is its ability to be quickly discon-nected for change-out or for routinecleaning. Unlike other urea injectors,which require the nozzle to be unbolted,the Johnson Matthey unit simplifiesroutine maintenance and saves time.

    Flexibility to Meet All of YourEmissions Control Needs

    The SCR System can be combined withan Oxidation catalyst to oxidize HC, CO,VOC and HAPs for all lean burn dieselor gas enginesreducing emissions tomeet the most stringent regulations.If you need to reduce particulate matter(PM) as well as HC and CO in a station-ary diesel engineat a consistent rateof 90%+ the SCR System can be com-bined with Johnson Mattheys patentedContinuously Regenerating Technology

    (CRT

    ) particulate filter system. This levelof design flexibility makes the JohnsonMatthey SCR System ideal for retrofit orfor new lean burn engines.
