For free sample cutting/testing, please send us your CAD file, we will do cutting here and make

Service after sales

A. Machine will be supplied with training video and user's manual in English for installation,

operation, maintenance and trouble-shooting, and shall give technical guide by e-mail, fax,

telephone, skype…. for fast solution.

B. Customer may come to our factory for training. We will offer training of installation, operation,

machine trouble-shooting, and maintenance.

During training in our workshop, we offer free training and living cost for 7 days, limit 2 people.

C. We offer technician to customer site for installation and training, customer covers local living

cost and travel cost.

Professional CNC controller for laser cutting

PA8000 is a controller origin from Germany, but supplied by Hans Automation in China,

You will have all the professional laser cutting functions like flying cut, frog cut, edge seeking,

precise laser power output control…..etc.

It is a proved high quality controller in fiber laser cutting field, enjoying great reputation among

customers.

We mainly use Yaskawa with PA8000 controller as closed-loop control team package.

For fast speed up to 140m/min, it needs Sanyo servo for a higher RPM.

Main functions:

Support the AI, DXF, PLT, Gerber, graphics data format, accept raw Mater Cam, Type3, Wen

Tai software into international standard G code.

When open/lead in the external files such as DXF, automatic optimization, including: remove

duplicate lines, merger connected lines, remove tiny graphics, automatic distinguish between

inner and outer mold and sorting and so on. Automatic optimization process can be

customized, the above each function can also be performed manually.

Support common editing and typesetting function, including scaling, rotating, alignment,

replication, combination, smooth, merger, etc.

Set in the form of wysiwyg introduced pinout, slotting compensation, micro connection, bridge

connection, over cut, leave a gap, etc.

Automatically distinguish between internal and external mold, and according to the internal

and external mold to identify slot compensation direction, lead checks, etc.

Support the curve split, merge, curve smoothing, text transfer curve, parts merger, break up

etc.

Flexible automatic sorting and manual sorting, supported by group part of the fixed

When the machine speed is over 120m/min, we would prefer to use Gambini helical gear rack

and Stober planetary gearbox, gear head such Italy/Germany brand for smaller noise and better

stability.

On high speed movement, the inner stress of machine mechanical motion transmission parts is

on a dynamic change status, to secure high accuracy of machine move control, the mechanical

parts must be with enough rigidity.

Not just the gear rack, rail, gearbox, but also the machine table.

This is the key of machine stability.

Trumpf disk laser

If anyone has used Trumpf disk laser power before, he would never change to IPG or Rofin for

cheaper price, because the Trumpf disk laser’s stability and trouble-free maintenance saves

much more than that.

For an expensive laser power over 2kw, stability is the most important factor, and its cutting

capability for different materials like Aluminum, copper….also the convenience of

trouble-shooting.

Machine table design

Laser machine quality is decided by: 20% laser power technology+ 20% gas control+ 20% optical

parts+ 20% Mechanics and motion parts+ 20% machine building technique.

The last 20% can make the first 80% meaningless.

The Standard machining process work as follow,

Welding—annealing treatment to release inner stress---rough machining---vibratory stress

relief—second level machining—vibratory stress relief—third level precision machining.

This is to effectively release the stress caused by welding and machining. If these work not well

done, it is impossible for the machine table to offer long-term stability.

Most factories know this job, but they don’t know how to do it right, and very few of them

willing to spend money on such invisible work.

Most machines look similar each other, but quality……… you get what you paid for.

Intelligent cutting fume exhaust system table introduction

The cutting table consists of group of units, and every unit include a cabinet, worktable frame, net

for workpiece, dust collector, cylinder and airdoor, valve terminal.

Every unit of the exhausting table works separately, every unit is controlled by a cylinder that

controlled by valve terminal.

CNC control system has communication with worktable to control the exhaust system’s on/off

state, blowing strength, and turn on/off related airdoor by detecting the laser cutting head’s

position. In this way, it effectively controls the power consumption and fume exhausting work.
